Refund policy

Made-to-order products — no right of withdrawal

All Rose & the Wild Designs products are made to order and customized based on your personal choices. Under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, these products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Therefore, you cannot return or cancel an order based on personal preference or an incorrect choice.

Defects and damage 

Have you received a product with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused during shipping? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at shop@roseandthewild.com and include clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval via the original payment method.

No returns for incorrect choices

Because each product is made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to choosing the wrong size or personal preference. Therefore, please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
