Article 2 – Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through this web shop.

Article 3 – Offers and prices All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. Obvious errors in pricing do not bind us.

Article 4 – Custom-made products All products are made to order through an external production partner. As a result, products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Article 5 – Delivery Delivery times are indicative and consist of production time (2–5 business days) plus shipping time. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Article 6 – Complaints Complaints may be submitted via shop@roseandthewild.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.

Article 7 – Applicable law All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Heerenveen.
