Shipping policy
Production and shipping time All products are made to order. After placing your order, production generally takes 2–5 business days. Your order will then be shipped. Please allow for the following shipping times:
- The Netherlands and Belgium: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- Outside Europe: 10–20 business days
The total delivery time is therefore production time + shipping time. During busy periods (such as the holidays), this may take longer.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight of your order.
Tracking After shipping, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code that you can use to track your package.
Delays or missing packages Has your package been delayed or gone missing? Please contact us at shop@roseandthewild.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Customs and import duties Customs fees or import duties may apply to orders outside the EU. These are the recipient’s responsibility.
